Maintenance Technician

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our stainless steel fabrication and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. You'll perform preventive maintenance, read technical drawings, and keep accurate maintenance records to ensure safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts usage records
• Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
• Communicate maintenance status and recommendations to supervisors
