Overview
This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance on streets, storm sewers, dams, parks, playgrounds and other City properties.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of employment experience performing manual labor tasks in a similar working situation, including turf maintenance, landscaping, and street maintenance and/or irrigation systems.
- Experience in operation and backing of a pickup plus a trailer, 1-ton truck with a dump box, or single axle dump truck, within the past 12 months.
- Must be able to obtain an MN CDL Class B with tanker and air brakes endorsement within the first 6 months and prior to moving on to a Maintenance II position.
