MTS Globe Turkey is seeking a Booking Agent to join our Türkiye team. Based in Antalya, you will report to the Product & Reservation Manager and manage hotel-tour operator information flow during guests' stays.
Responsibilities include confirming reservations, timely responses to guests and operators, resolving complaints, and handling changes and cancellations with hotel confirmations. Strong English and team orientation are essential.
