Role Description
The Receptionist is a full time in office position based in Anthem, AZ. This role is responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing the reception area, and ensuring a professional, welcoming experience for all guests. Daily tasks include handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, processing client payments ,and providing general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff.
The Receptionist will also assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and coordination of conference room usage. The role requires consistent, clear communication with clients and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong reception and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing a professional lobby environment.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette, with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and route calls accurately.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and handling mail and basic office tasks.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on patience, professionalism, and client care.
- Prior experience in a professional services or similar office environment preferred.
- Proficiency with basic office software (email, calendars, word processing); familiarity with legal software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in office administration is beneficial.
