Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our back-office clinical team. Working alongside our Lead Dental Assistant and experienced providers, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent patient care. Whether you are an experienced assistant or a motivated recent graduate eager to grow, we welcome your application!
Key ResponsibilitiesChairside Assisting: Assist Dr. Stevenson and Dr. Williams during 4-handed dentistry procedures across restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
Patient Care & Comfort: Greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and guide anxious patients through a comfortable experience.
Sterilization & Setup: Prepare, sanitize, and stock operatories in our 9-op facility in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
Digital Imaging: Capture high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and safely.
Clinical Administrative Support: Assist with chart notes, post-op care instructions, and clinical workflow coordination.
Required: Dental Assistant (DA) Diploma or Certification from an accredited program.
Required: Arizona Dental Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) Certification.
Experience: Open to both experienced Dental Assistants and motivated New Graduates
