Position: Dental Front Office Receptionist (Full-Time)

Location: Anthem, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:15 AM – 5:00 PM) | Friday (6:15 AM – 1:00 PM) – Enjoy early Friday finishes!

Compensation: $23.00 – $27.00 / hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus

We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Dental Front Office Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our practice while helping patients navigate their care journey. In this dual-impact role, you will manage front-desk reception, phone traffic, and check-in/checkout while presenting treatment plans and coordinating insurance benefits.

As our Front Office Receptionist, you are the central hub for patient interaction, treatment presentation, and scheduling efficiency:

• Front Desk Hospitality & Check-In: Warmly welcome patients upon arrival, manage check-in/checkout, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.

• Treatment Presentation: Guide patients through their recommended treatment plans, explaining clinical needs, co-pays, insurance breakdowns, and available payment options with clarity and confidence.

• Insurance Verification: Verify dental PPO benefits, request detailed benefit breakdowns, and ensure accurate co-pay estimates are calculated prior to appointments.

• Scheduling Optimization: Schedule and confirm restorative and hygiene appointments strategically in Denticon to maximize schedule density across all 8 operatories.

• Financial Collection: Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at the time of service, post payments, and handle patient financial agreements.

• Experience: 1+ years of dental front office experience with hands-on exposure to both reception and treatment plan presentation (Required).

• Dental & Insurance Literacy: Good working knowledge of dental terminology, procedure codes, PPO insurance verification, and benefit breakdowns.
