Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to support efficient surgical schedules
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage and financial responsibilities
- Facilitate patient check‑in/check‑out and ensure accurate patient records
- Answer patient phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, procedures, and office policies
- Coordinate care with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and minimize wait times
- Provide clear communication regarding pre‑operative and post‑operative instructions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
