Facilities Maintenance Attendant – Anthem Golf and Country Club, 2708 W Anthem Club Dr, Anthem, AZ 85086.

Pay range: $25.00–$26.50 per hour.

The Facilities Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall cleanliness of the golf club’s facilities, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of functionality, safety and appearance.

• Reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

• Maintain carpets, floors, furniture and all surfaces—vacuum, mop, polish; ensure courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby, hallway, restrooms, etc. meet club standards.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, artwork and ceiling HVAC registers.
• Ensure daily assignments are completed in respective areas, meeting club standards and expectations (orderly work areas, straighten entry area, pick up trash, etc.).
• Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs—electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and related areas.
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, document, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members and guests.

• Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management.
• Follow all company, club and department policies, procedures and instructions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to excellence in interactions.
• Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Take initiative in personal and professional growth; maintain any required certifications relevant to role.
• Address and resolve challenges using available resources—work with regional and corporate teams.
• Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general facility or golf club environment.

• Experience in minor repairs, painting, plumbing or related maintenance tasks.
• Previous training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, electrical codes and other facility maintenance compliance.

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, driving.
• Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, gases.
• Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
• Talking, hearing, seeing.

• Ladder, construction tools, plumbing equipment, electrical equipment, carpentry tools, computer, miscellaneous small tools.

• Adherence to attendance as outlined in weekly schedule.
