Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management Provide daily leadership, coaching, and accountability to store employees. Maintain proper staffing levels and assist with scheduling. Enforce company policies and procedures consistently. Lead by example in professionalism, attendance, and customer service.
Sales and Performance Drive revenue through repairs, device sales, accessories, and memberships. Monitor individual and store KPIs and address performance gaps. Communicate daily goals and ensure execution. Actively engage in sales and customer interactions.
Operations and Compliance Ensure accurate ticketing, notes, and customer signatures. Maintain inventory controls and ordering processes. Oversee cash handling, opening, and closing procedures. Address operational issues and escalated when needed.
Customer Experience Resolve customer concerns professionally and within company guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment. Support strong customer satisfaction and online reputation.
Communication and Reporting Communicate regularly with District Manager and leadership. Submit required reports and updates on time. Follow proper chain of command for all escalations.
QualificationsStrong leadership and accountability. Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results. Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to manage people, performance, and conflict. Reliable and consistent attendance.
Compensation$18.00-$22.00 Hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime.
