Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team! This role offers a base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn based on your performance. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for helping customers.

• Repairing electronics including mobile phones, computers, tablets, game consoles, and more.
• Greet and engage with customers, providing product recommendations and solutions.
• Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Maintain store appearance, restock inventory, and assist with merchandising.

• Must be able to handle medium/heavy workload.
• Must pay fine attention to detail.
• Must take constructive criticism well.
• No experience necessary but it definitely helps!

• Base Salary: $15.15-$16.95/hr.
• Commission:
  Earn up to 10% on every sale, with uncapped earning potential.
• Bonus Opportunities:
  Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and Google reviews.
• Average Earnings:
  Our sales team on average earns $22-$30/hr.
