Job Overview:
Supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. Builds proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized device and service solutions. Consistently uses digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success is measured by the ability to build customer relationships, complete required training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by business management.
- High School Diploma / GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate with authenticity and a fun approach to customer interactions (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
- At least 18 years of age

Hourly base pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000 for full‑time Mobile Experts. All employees receive at least $20.00 per hour including base pay and incentives.
