• Investigate & Close: Review client history to identify membership abusers and pivot difficult conversations into sales.
• Enforce Policy: Confidently explain why a guest no longer qualifies for member‑guest pricing and collect the difference with poise.
• Hunt for Leads: Use Zenoti to proactively call and text prospects to fill the book.
• Consult: Use knowledge of Dermalogica and Image Skincare to drive retail revenue and customize massage experiences.

• Base: $17/hr.
• Core Commissions: 25% on enrollment fees ($40–$199), $10 for $20–$39 fees, and 10% on retail.
