HVAC Service Technician – Sign On Bonus Starting at $7,500.

Pro Skill Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are dedicated to workmanship and customer service and want to advance their career and earning potential.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act in the customer's best interest at all times.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers; respond to on-demand service calls for down HVAC systems.
• Inventory control: maintain service van stock according to company SOP, ensuring you are properly stocked for day-to-day operations.
• Safety and compliance: follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: document service performed and recommendations by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.

• Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Experience:
  
  minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: valid driver’s license and EPA certification. NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus.
• Skills:
  
  strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
• Hourly pay plus performance incentives, spiffs, and commissions when applicable.
• Sign-On Bonus: up to $7,500 (eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus subject to company policies and qualifications).

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
