• Operate all delivery equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Stock ingredients in the storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare products and check inventory, completing required paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders, both over the phone and in person.
• Deliver pizza orders promptly and ensure correct monetary change.
• Use navigation skills to locate addresses and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate company’s delivery vehicle with a safe driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Strong navigation and map‑reading skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to give correct written instructions.
• Ability to work independently, under stress, and meet quality control standards.
• Basic math skills—addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and making correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination to use computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.

• Accurate and quick arithmetic.

• Exposure to varying and adverse weather conditions during outside tasks.
• Workplace temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
• Sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, and cornmeal dust exposure.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Ability to talk and hear on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks independently and with others.
• Adapt to stress, meet strict quality control standards, handle people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

• Standing most tasks from a standing position.
• Walking short distances for short durations on ceramic tile, brick, linoleum surfaces; work surfaces height 36–48 inches.
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, unloading with hand truck.
• Carrying: large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (~12 lbs each).
• Pushing/pulling: trays on dollies (24–30 trays) requiring up to 7.5 lbs force.
• Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder for maintenance.
