Deputy Clerk of Circuit Court

Langlade County is seeking a detail-oriented Deputy Clerk of Circuit Court to support daily court operations within the Legal & Regulatory Compliance department. This position processes and maintains accurate case records, files legal documents, schedules hearings, prepares court notices and orders, and assists judges, attorneys, and the public at the counter and by phone. The role handles payments for fees and fines, uses electronic case management systems, and safeguards confidential information.
