You'll inspect and sort potatoes, keep quality standards high, and work alongside a great crew in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience required - just reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work! Potato Grader / Sorter Responsibilities:

• Inspect potatoes as they move along the processing line
• Sort and remove damaged, rotten, green, bruised, or otherwise defective potatoes
• Identify potatoes that do not meet company quality or size standards
• Maintain a consistent pace while working on a moving production line
• Monitor product quality and report issues to the supervisor or machine operator
• Assist with keeping the processing area clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned
• Work cooperatively with other employees to keep production running efficiently

Requirements for Potato Grader / Sorter:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, reach, twist and perform repetitive hand movements frequently
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
