NACBA seeks a Director of Finance and Accounting to lead budgeting, grants, capital projects, accounting, payroll, and financial reporting. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, this role guides financial strategy and governance for a public/non-profit transit agency.
You will oversee GAAP/GASB compliance, audits, cash flow, banking relationships, and staff performance while partnering with the CEO and Board to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
