The City of Antioch is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Administrative Policy Compliance Supervisor to support the Police Department's commitment to accountability, transparency, risk management, and constitutional policing. Under general direction, this civilian professional will lead and coordinate critical compliance, policy, auditing, data analysis, and professional standards initiatives within the Department. The position will play a key role in monitoring and evaluating compliance with court-ordered and settlement agreements, consent decrees, memoranda of agreement, police reform initiatives, and recognized best practices.
This is an opportunity for an experienced compliance or policy professional to help strengthen organizational accountability, promote continuous improvement, and support the City's commitment to effective, lawful, and community-centered policing.

Under general direction of the police department, plans, directs, coordinates, audits, and evaluates compliance, accountability, risk management, policy development, data analysis, and constitutional policing initiatives within the Police Department. Serves as the civilian Administrative Policy Compliance Supervisor for the Compliance and Professional Standards Division and assists in ensuring compliance with court-ordered agreements, settlement agreements, consent decrees, memoranda of agreement, best practices, and other police reform initiatives.
