This is a full-time, remote Occupational Therapist role. Key responsibilities include assessing patients’ physical and cognitive conditions, developing customized therapy plans, and executing treatment strategies to enhance mobility and overall independence. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide caregiver education, maintain detailed patient records, and support patients in achieving their recovery and wellness goals.

• Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic activities related to occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and caregiver education
• Ability to document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Experience in home health or healthcare settings is advantageous
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple patient cases
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
