LEHR is seeking Preppers/Sub Assemblers to join our Nashville Team. The ideal candidate works great on a team, has superior communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Preppers work closely with technicians to support production flow.

• Complete prep tasks assigned by Prep Lead
• Assist with staging and organizing products
• Organize tools and prep area
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Support high priority on production critical prep work
• Support rework or corrections identified during QC
• Gather product and materials for upcoming vehicles
• Communicate issues and missing components with Prep Lead

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with vehicle parts and accessories - a plus
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to details and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• $18-$22 per hour based on experience
• Full-Time/non-exempt

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday

6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Four 10-hour shifts
