** As an LVN at Lone Tree, you are the backbone of our patient care. Your daily contributions will include:
* Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
* Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and clinical excellence.
* Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN or physician.
* Maintaining clear, accurate, and timely electronic medical records.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and aides to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
** Qualifications**
* ** License:
** Current, valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of California.
* ** Certification:
** Current BLS/CPR certification.
