Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Lone Tree Post Acute Shifts Available:

AM ShiftNOC Shift Pay Range: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits Available for Full-Time Employees Lone Tree Post Acute is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering quality resident care by promoting independence and supporting each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities Assist residents with daily requests and personal care needs.

Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other activities of daily living.

Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship to residents.

Respond to resident needs and emergencies according to facility policies and procedures.

Accurately document resident care in accordance with documentation standards.

Assist in maintaining current and individualized resident service plans.

Review 24-hour reports and care checklists regularly.

Maintain resident room cleanliness and organization, including making beds, taking out trash, and washing dishes as needed.

Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

Requirements Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
