About Delta View Post Acute Delta View Post Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our mission is to deliver resident-centered care with dignity, respect, and compassion while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment for our employees.

What You'll DoAs a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents while working closely with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
* Measure and record vital signs.
* Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
* Document care accurately according to facility policies.
* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
* Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families.
* Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident care.

Qualifications
* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
* Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
