Employment Type: Full-Time & On-Call Opportunities Available

• AM Shift
• PM Shift
• NOC Shift

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Delta View Post-Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services with compassion, dignity, and respect. Our team works together to create a positive environment where residents receive exceptional care and employees are empowered to succeed.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs while promoting their comfort, independence, and well-being. Working alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members, you will help ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Document care and services provided in accordance with facility policies
• Support individualized care plans and resident goals
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Current and active CNA certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
