Retail Supervisor - Full Time (Antioch, TN)

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective short‑ and long‑term planning, expense control, sales, and service.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high‑performing, results‑driven employees.
• Control payroll and schedule staff service‑driven schedules to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non‑traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service‑oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues.
• Strong presentation skills for large groups.
• Excellent teamwork.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and retail software.

The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision is critical. Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus bonus and benefits. Pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
