• Maintain assigned store sections – receive, stock, and price merchandise; check product date codes for proper rotation; set up displays and handles promotional signage.
• Clean and preserve sanitation standards in all indoor, outdoor, and parking areas.
• Operate cash registers: process payments, make change, handle cash, check, charge, and debit transactions, and process refunds when authorized.
• Provide friendly, efficient service by answering product questions and assisting customers with purchases and loading items into vehicles.
• Perform basic bookkeeping: record lost or damaged goods and track store supplies.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and product labels.
• Proficient in writing simple correspondence.
• Comfortable presenting information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, frequently lift up to 45 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra credit).
