7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to supervise 12-14 stores in Antioch/CA. You will train Store Leaders, implement merchandising plans, and manage cash and inventory while focusing on profitability and customer service.
The program spans about 12 months with strong growth potential and company vehicle eligibility upon appointment. The role requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years of regional operations management for retail, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
