Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Premier Tactical Security Guard – Retail!

  Full time, 40 hours per week
• Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm (Concord)
• Thursday - Monday, 3:45 pm – 12:15 am (Antioch)
• Competitive hourly wage of $33 /hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees!)

• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You are able to work indoor and outdoor in a variable environment.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You are good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• You detain and search.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• State security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least five years of security experience.
• 21+ years of age.
• Baton permit.
• OC spray permit.
• Handcuff permit.
• Most up-to-date security resume.
• Current or former military or law enforcement experience encouraged.
• Ability to ace and pass an extensive screening process.
• First‑aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better.
