Responsibilities:- Perform duties with minimal to no supervision and providing customer service to the client and community we provide services for.
- Safely maneuvering and driving the company's vehicle to and from each of the property locations, abiding all state driving rules and regulations.
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; admonishing trespassers.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Driver's License
- Clean DMV record
- Clear criminal history
- Drug-Free

- A high degree of maturity
- Critical thinking skills
- Speak, read and write English proficiently

Salary: $21.50 per hour
