This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Maintenance Technician 135 located in Antioch, CA. The Aviation Maintenance Technician will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on aircraft to ensure their safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include adhering to FAA regulations, performing routine troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities. Collaboration with pilots and other aviation professionals to ensure safe flight operations will also be required.
The candidate must prioritize safety and adhere to established procedures and standards.
- Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance and Power Plant systems
- Strong capabilities in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or electrical issues
- Demonstrated experience in Aviation and Aircraft operations and maintenance
- FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) License required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience with Part 135 aircraft maintenance preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in aviation maintenance is advantageous
