Senior Accountant

Our client, a growing, entrepreneurial organization, is looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to support corporate accounting, inventory and job costing, financial analysis, and process improvement.

• Support month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage inventory and job costing activities.
• Analyze financial results, job margins, and operational variances.
• Partner with Operations to investigate and resolve accounting issues.
• Drive accounting system and process improvements.
• Support the Corporate Controller and CFO on key initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP and core accounting knowledge.
• Inventory and/or job costing experience preferred.
  
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
