Launch Enrichment is looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team!
Qualifications and Requirements:- Minimum1 year of professional childcare experience in an Illinois licensed center
- Experience working with infants and toddlersand a strong understanding of their developmental needs
- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and fellow staff members
- Ability and willingness towork as part of a team
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is required
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Must meet Illinois DCFS background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care and education
Monday–Friday
- 8:00/8:30 AM–5:00/5:30 PM
- Some flexibility with scheduling is required based on classroom and center needs.
Starting Pay $20/hr
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, takes pride in their classroom, and understands that infants and toddlers learn through meaningful interactions, routines, play, and exploration.
