Job Overview

Wintrust Financial Corporation is hiring a Full‑Time Teller for Chicago’s Bank. The role involves handling a variety of financial transactions and providing excellent customer service.

• Process check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Manage a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby or at the drive‑up.
• Identify potential cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate personnel.
• Detect and report potential fraud to management.
• Adhere to all department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Uphold Wintrust culture, including assisting with bank openings/closings and community events as required.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work all shifts, including Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Travel between branches may be necessary.

The estimated hourly rate is $19.00–$21.00, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
