Competitive compensation: training wage starts at $25 per hour and then moves to 100% commissions with the potential to earn between $50,000 and $65,000 base wage annually or more.

• Deliver high‑quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers;
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work, and arrange service calls as necessary.

• Must be at least 18 years old; no experience in pest control necessary.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
