Monday–Friday | $70,000-$75,000 + 5–10% Annual Bonus
We are seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational success in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where you can make a direct impact on production performance, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll partner directly with the Production Manager and play a key role in developing teams, improving efficiency, and creating a positive, safety‑focused culture.

- Conduct shift meetings and monitor production performance, workflow, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean Manufacturing efforts
- Identify operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Create and execute team improvement plans and performance objectives
- Coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and work schedules to support production demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Promote teamwork, problem‑solving, employee engagement, and individual development
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating production teams
- Strong problem‑solving and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or 6S methodologies strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent leadership experience will be considered
