Job Overview
Domino's Pizza is looking for a store manager to oversee daily operations, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, staff management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring compliance from crew.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, image standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Experience in restaurant or food‑service management preferred; college degree optional.
- Operate all equipment and prepare product.
- Stock ingredients, receive and process telephone orders, and maintain inventory with related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle accurate monetary change.
- Proficiency with computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
- Navigational and driving skills for delivery routes and adverse terrain.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry 30‑lb pizza sauce, push heavy trays, climb stairs, and perform tasks requiring hand coordination.
The role requires standing, walking short distances, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, occasional climbing of stairs or ladders, stooping, bending, and reaching. Tasks may involve repetitive motions with forearms and wrists, frequent use of hand tools, and exposure to varying temperatures.
Work ConditionsWork inside and outside with temperatures ranging from 36 to over 90°F, exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Outdoor work may involve weather and travel to customer deliveries.
