This is a part‑time position, working 2–3 days per week, with potential to evolve into a full‑time opportunity.
Monday–Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – no weekend work.
W‑2 status with flexible independent‑job benefits.
Responsibilities- Perform multiple trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, painting.
- Apply proper equipment and tools for each task; know required tools even if not owned.
- Troubleshoot problems quickly and propose professional resolutions.
- Communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
- Show a clean‑cut appearance, maintain a decent vehicle, and keep tools organized.
- Inspect properties, identify repair opportunities, and discuss additional work with customers to build confidence.
- Present solutions to small repairs and educate customers on broader service capabilities.
- Be punctual, efficient, maintain highest integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate commitment to exceeding customers' expectations.
- Strong independent thinker with problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional, timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Experience or knowledge in multiple trades (see Responsibilities).
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week, Monday–Friday schedule.
