This part‑time, on‑site role in Antioch, IL, involves driving a school bus to safely transport students to and from school and other scheduled destinations. Responsibilities include performing pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, following assigned routes, and adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols. School Bus Drivers will also interact with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and professional transportation experience.

• Driving proficiency, including Truck Driving and Defensive Driving skills
• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with a Passenger and School Bus endorsement, or willingness to obtain one
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a patient and professional attitude
• Ability to adhere to strict safety regulations and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination
