Schedule and Compensation

Sun – Thu: 7 PM – 3:30 AM or 9 PM – 5:30 AM (overtime opportunities). Pay ranges from $26 to $36 per hour (based on position and shift) with significant growth and earning potential.

Mon – Fri, 10:30 AM – 7 PM (OEE + overtime)

Nights:
Sun – Thu, 7 PM – 3:30 AM or 9 PM – 5:30 AM (overtime opportunities). Shift differential of $4.

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Load outbound trailers with Uline product for customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50‑70 lbs.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.

Salary: $32 – $36 per hour (includes $4 shift differential).

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18‑month rotational program.
• Participate in hands‑on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout job rotations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated team player capable of multitasking.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and detail orientation.
