Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a part-time, permanent Workplace Assistant within Signature Guest Services. You will help deliver a world-class customer journey, acting as a Signature brand ambassador and ensuring a warm, polished experience for employees, visitors and VIP guests.
You’ll coordinate meeting rooms, manage visitor entries, provide basic IT and admin support, assist with events, and collaborate with the Workplace Experience Manager to minimise disruption.
