Calibration Technician

Location: Antrim

Labour Hire are looking for a SAFETY TECHNICIAN for a well-established company based in Derby . As a Safety Technician, you will be responsible for testing, maintaining, calibrating and preparing a wide range of safety and survey equipment for both hire and customer use. You will also support customers directly and help ensure the workshop operates efficiently at all times.

Abtec Tripods & Winches Globestock Tripods & Winches Escape Sets Gas Detectors & Breathing Apparatus Cable Avoidance Equipment (CAT & Genny) Radio Detection Equipment General Safety & Survey Equipment About You Strong work ethic and team player Punctual, reliable and flexible Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital systems Good communication and customer service skills Motivated with a willingness to learn and develop Strong problem-solving ability Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team Experience working with safety equipment, calibration, testing, maintenance, inspection or repair of technical equipment is highly desirable Full UK Driving Licence required About the Job Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30 Salary:
Up to £32,000 per annum Carrying out safety checks, testing, maintenance and calibration of specialist safety and survey equipment Inspecting, servicing and preparing equipment for hire and customer use Completing all required documentation both digitally and physically Maintaining workshop standards and ensuring hire equipment availability Managing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively Providing telephone and email support to customers Maintaining stock levels of spare parts and repair items Supporting national teams and assisting other depots when required Attending internal and external training courses If you think this role suits you, apply online with your updated CV, call Jake between 9am-5pm, or text him outside those hours on .
