Job description   Position:
Clerk (Operations)
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle a high volume of client interactions, including in-person, over the phone, and through digital channels, in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist clients with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
Maintenance of Current Account files by obtaining the relevant documents from clients.
CRM amendments in Finacle– address, mobile, telephone and other details of current account holders.
Inputting SWIFT messages, printing etc.
Input of outward remittance and intra-branch transaction in FPH/Finacle.
Account Opening/closing – Current Accounts, Term Deposits
Providing Account statements, preparation of balance confirmation of the current account clients.
Supporting customers by handling their transaction-related inquiries and providing end-to-end assistance through phone, email, and over-the-counter interactions.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that clients may encounter, escalating to management as needed.
Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including those related to security and confidentiality.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all client interactions and transactions.
Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of banking products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-stress or challenging situations.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication.
Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Profile   Knowledge required:
MS Excel, MS Word etc
Should be fluent in English and have basic knowledge of Dutch.
Experience in KYC/AML area will be a plus.
Offer From € 2.400 to € 2.600 per month    An attractive salary depending on the experience.
