Horne Hyundai is looking for an Accounting Assistant that is a highly motivated individual who strives to exceed with a diverse range of tasks, and excels in multi-tasking and prioritization. Automotive industry experience a HUGE plus!

To be successful in this position, you must have a general understanding of accounting, billing, and data entry.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Automotive Billing
    • New and Used Vehicles
    • Wholesales
    • Dealer Trades
  • Data Entry and Review
  • Balancing Statements
  • Filing
  • Processing and issuing checks and check payments
  • MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!!
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years in the Automotive Industry. CDK knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to balance large volume accounts.
  • Detail oriented with emphasis on organization, problem solving skills and strong communication skills.
  • Backup Office Manager (payroll experience is a plus!)
  • Familiarity with Arizona Tax and Labor guidelines.
