We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers maintain and repair their vehicles. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a busy dealership environment.

Minimum of 2+ years of Ford Service Advisor experience (required)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Diligent, self-motivated, and driven to succeed

Commission is based on total sales—not gross profit—providing excellent earning potential for top performers.

Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.

Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs.

Provide customers with repair estimates and expected completion times.

Answer customer phone calls, emails, and questions regarding their vehicles and service.

Ensure all repair orders and service documentation are completed accurately.

Verify vehicles are completed on time and ready for customer pickup.

Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with their service experience.

Explain recommended maintenance, warranties, and available protection plans.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
