Leasing Consultant position in Apache Junction, AZ. Salary range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour.

• Welcome and engage prospects, residents and guests in person in the office and when answering the phone.
• Prepare and schedule property viewings, conduct property tours and interview prospective residents.
• Address and resolve resident and prospective resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Process potential resident applications (screening and reviewing results), renew existing residents and create rental agreements.
• Inspect property conditions and ensure standards of cleanliness are met; coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping when needed.
• Maintain organized and updated resident files and records.
• Report any problems or issues to the Community manager or corresponding Leasing Manager.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner.
• Help/assist and promote resident activities.
• Complete any other assigned duties.

• High energy and positive attitude to contribute to an awesome team atmosphere.
• Great customer service and excellent communication skills, with experience in property leasing, hospitality, retail service, or related fields.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other staff, vendors, contractors, and residents.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Fluent reading and writing in English; basic mathematical skills required.
• Ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats, presenting a positive, professional image.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities with a keen sense for detail.
• Strong customer service orientation with assertiveness.
• Ability to professionally engage and “seal the deal.”
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel). Experience with Yardi, Resmen, Onsite Property Management software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
