We have immediate openings in Idaho for second shift as well as Indiana for first shift.
Rolling Plains Construction is hiring Safety Representatives to supervise safety protocols for projects across the United States for first and second shift. Safety Representatives must have Construction OSHA 30 or greater.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and enforce safety policies
- Lead as a team player
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Safety experience (3+ years)
- OSHA 30
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Safety Construction Experience
- Strong Safety knowledge in construction and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Able to direct a team with clear & concise direction
- Reliable, self-motivated, professional
- Valid Driver License
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb and more throughout each shift
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments throughout each shift
