The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, at least 3 years estimating experience, and proficiency with HCSS Heavy Bid, Trimble, Blue Beam, Excel and other construction software. You will support project teams and ensure competitive, cost-effective bids.
