Job Title

EHPAD de la Pierre Rose is looking for a social worker whose main mission is to accompany residents in all daily life activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being, and to participate in the development of the establishment's project.

- Ensure hygiene conditions of equipment and premises in compliance with regulatory standards;

- Provide hygiene care to residents in accordance with the care diagram;

- Manage and accompany meal service to residents (in rooms or dining hall);

- Perform, if necessary: night work, laundry, dishwashing, disinfection duties;

- Ensure residents' safety and comfort;

- Participate in the development, implementation, and growth of the establishment's project.

Diploma of State of Auxiliary of Social Life (AVS), Bac pro SAPAT, BEPA Service to Persons. Knowledge:

- Understanding of cleaning techniques and protocols;

- Knowledge of implementing hygiene protocols and maintaining premises in an EHPAD setting;

- Knowledge of surface disinfection procedures;

- Respect for current protocols.

- Permanent full-time employment 35 hours weekly;

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
