Clinical Coordinator II – Full Time, based in Apache Junction, AZ 85120. Education level:
Graduate degree. Salary range: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00. Job category:

• Oversee behavioral health staff in an integrated outpatient clinic.
• Participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising a team dedicated to quality behavioral health care.

• Master's degree and licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Experience/knowledge of clinical best practices, therapeutic approaches, trauma-informed care, and working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete a background check.

• Experience supervising behavioral health staff.
• Experience providing therapy to behavioral health clients.
