We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide high-quality care to our clients in Apache Junction, AZ. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering dignified support to seniors and veterans, and will be committed to our organization's values of professionalism, warmth, and compassion.

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with medication management and self-care routines
• Companion with clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or scheduler

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in home care or a related field preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour
